What fleet owners ask us
How many vehicles do I need for a fleet quote?
Five or more vehicles get a fleet quote: written, for the whole fleet, on WhatsApp or email, usually within the hour. Running fewer than five? Tell us anyway and we'll quote each vehicle.
Can my managers and supervisors see the vehicles too?
Yes. Each manager or supervisor can have a sub-account limited to the vehicles you choose, on their own phone or computer. You can also have the reports emailed to whoever needs them, daily or weekly, so nobody has to log in to stay informed.
Our operation is different. Can it be adapted?
Yes. If your operation needs a report, an alert or a workflow you don't see here, it can be built for you, on request. And with the open API, your fleet data can flow into your own systems, spreadsheets or AI tools. Ask us about any custom requirement.
How long does installation take? Do the vehicles have to come to you?
About 45 minutes per vehicle. We come to your yard or bring the vehicles in to San Fernando, in batches, and we install overnight and at weekends, so your vehicles stay on the road during working hours.
When more than one vehicle is at the same location, there is no call-out fee.
What happens if one of our vehicles is stolen?
Call us first, on 220-1000, any hour. An after-hours, tow or battery-disconnected alert reaches your phone as soon as it happens, so you can call straight away. Our 24/7 local team tracks the vehicle live and gives the police its location, and the remote immobiliser can be used from your phone.

Can we see fuel use?
Estimated fuel consumption reports are prepared on request. Ask your account manager for the vehicles and period you need.
How does payment work?
You pay once for the term you choose, so there are no monthly fees and nothing to renew or top up during it. Your written quote shows the total for the whole fleet, not only a per-vehicle figure.
What does the warranty cover?
Your warranty never expires. As long as you are subscribed, you are covered. If a device fails, we replace it at no charge.
