What happens when my vehicle is stolen?
An alert reaches your phone as soon as it happens. You call us — our 24/7 local team answers and takes it from there. We coordinate directly with the police and provide real-time location data so they go to where the vehicle is, not where it was. 100% recovery rate since 2012. Average recovery time: 17 minutes.
What if my phone dies? Will the tracker still work?
Yes. The tracker operates independently of your phone. The system runs on its own power source in the vehicle. Even if your phone is off or flat, call 220-1000 from any phone and our 24/7 local team takes it from there.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
Gaffar Shield plans are pay-once for the term you choose — 1, 2, 3, or 5 years. No recurring monthly charge, no surprise fees. The price you see at installation is the price you pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available on 3 and 5 year subscriptions — you don't have to pay the full amount upfront. WhatsApp or call us at 220-1000 and we'll work out an arrangement that suits your budget.
What if I sell my vehicle?
You have two options. The GPS can be removed and reinstalled in your new vehicle, or transferred to the new owner as part of the sale — some customers use it as a selling point. Either way, we handle the process.
