Fleet accounts start from 1 vehicle — whether you're running a single company car or building out a full operation. The rate is straightforward — the same per vehicle regardless of fleet size, with no complicated tiers. Can I add vehicles to my plan as my fleet grows?

Yes. Vehicles can be added to your fleet account at any time. Each new vehicle is priced at the current fleet rate for your account. WhatsApp us when you're ready to add and we'll arrange installation and account update.

Do my drivers know they're being tracked?

That's your call. Many fleet owners tell their drivers upfront — and find that driving behaviour improves immediately. Others prefer to monitor quietly first. We recommend transparency: it protects good drivers and the knowledge alone tends to stop the behaviour you're trying to catch.

How long does installation take across a fleet?

Each vehicle takes approximately 45 minutes to install. For larger fleets we schedule installations in batches to minimise disruption to your operations — vehicles can be done overnight or on weekends if needed. We coordinate around your schedule, not ours.

Can multiple managers access the same dashboard?

Yes. The fleet dashboard supports multiple user accounts — operations manager, dispatcher, owner, or any combination you need. Each user gets their own login with access to the full fleet view. No information gaps, no shared passwords.

What happens if a fleet vehicle is stolen?

You call us. Day or night, our local team answers and takes it from there — we track the vehicle in real time and coordinate directly with the police. Does the system work for buses, vans, and cargo trucks?
